Bathtub was clogged so the water did not drain efficiently. There were roaches in the dishwasher and around the room.

ehh My kitchen had no kitchen items when I arrived... no glasses, silverware, plates, etc. When I called downstairs, they said it was "only on request." Also, my room had no coffee maker, and when I requested one, I was told they were at capacity, and there were out of them. Room was "ok" but had ants.

This property needs a good old fashion cleaning. The structure itself looks like it needs some maintenance. The fixtures were dirty, and carpets in the hallway was stink, it had a strong poignant order and was dirty. The room itself was not clean the refrigerator and the cabinets were an eyesore, dingy and the carpet in the room was stink and stained. Amazingly, the bed and pillows were comfortable. I would not stay here again, if it was not so late when I checked in I would have checked back out.

Horrifying! It was a very scary and horrifying experience! At arrival I was given a to a room that was already occupied. I used the card/key and was able to open the door to the room while the occupants (s) slept. Needles to say it was one of the most horrifying experiences I had ever encountered. I had to go back down stairs and wait over 15 mins to get another room, then the room that I had reserved was no longer Available.

didn't care for really anything had to ask for everything I needed no maid service for 4 days had to ask for ice bucket no coffee maker will not stay there again ever
