Dirty room To start the room was dirty. We found blood spots on the wall and on the white sheet. The door knob was broken and the kitchen appliances were broken too. The carpet was really dirty in need of vacuuming. All around it was filthy. On the positive positive the beds were really comfortable so we got a good night slee, location is really good, lots of parking space, descent breakfast.

The room was pretty when we walked in nice beds nice room but when we where fixing the sofa bed there, it had yellow stains and the restroom had a nasty shower and it had cockroaches ..it stinks in the hallway and inside the room when u open the doors .. they didn’t want to give us room service to cleans the room for 2 nights stay and they didn’t even give us clean towels

On the website it says they have cookware. Upon arrival there was none in the room. I went to the front desk and they informed they ran out. This is an item the hotel provides and should have on hand. The hotel should know to order more cookware if they were so low. My husband left in the middle of the night to Walmart to get pots and pan for us to use. Being that we had already bought food. Potential maybe They hotel gave me a handicap room and room had a bad smell from previous guest cooking. Room needs to be updated but was a large room. TV were limited to 30 channels only. Location was a block away from I-Drive. The hotel was on Green line I-Trolley route which was a good deal. Green line tends to be lest busy and never crowded and it gets to the Outlets faster than Red line. First room had ants in it, the common areas where dirty, trash room was overfilled & out the door. The pool closes at 10 but there was a pool party going on past 330 am. Exterior doors lock were broken & open to anyone. The second room had dirty stove, counter & bathroom had stool smear on the wall by the toilet paper holder. Mold in the shower & the refrigerator was also dirty.

Our room smelled like cat pee. There was a yellow stain on our sheets on one of our beds. And the communication was poor at the front desk. I would not recommend to anybody to stay at this hotel.
