I like that where we were there was everything around resteraunts, shops and a few activities to do. Overall it was ok despite not having a continental breakfast like fresh food or even boiled eggs. there was only bread and bagels muffins, cereal juice, milk and coffee .

Did not like this property. Manager gave my room away to another guest after i checked in. Then wanted to kick those people out when I complained.

This location should be ASHAMED to use the ESA name. It's FILTHY & OUTDATED. There is dust EVERYWHERE. They have this ridiculous rule that towels are not switched out and rooms are not cleaned unless you are staying for 5+ days. The hallways are disgusting. They have tiny spiders in the room, probably from not cleaning. The bathrooms are so disgusting and outdated. The shower floor creaks so loudly you worry it may fall through. The bathroom ceiling shows clear signs of damage. I could go on for days.

The property was old. The iron in the room did not work. The new one brought to the room had black mold on the inside. I found a very large roach in my room, reported it to the front desk, was told it would be yaken care of. I kept the large roach under a cup for the maintenance person (who I was told was going to visit the room for inspection, and who never arrived)

First I have to say that the staff was amazing considering how short staffed they were. Additionally, they were dealing with no internet or phone service which made their jobs even more difficult. Having said that, the hotel is definitely a get what you pay for. While housekeeping did make it clean and servicable, there were issues. Better choice Hotels Elsewhere Place was not what I expected for cost. The rug was dirty and felt awful under my feet with stains and tears. The cleaning woman forgot to put toilet paper. No glasses or cups. Place needs renovations and better care. Bed was so-so as far as comfort. A dog was in room next to me barking so pets are allowed in this place, if interested.

Don’t even think about go to this place. Everything is horrible!!!
