Did not reserve the rooms even with my confirmation. I will never use their facilities again and I would highly recommend no one else does either

Was denied a room because the hotel overbooked and was told that it was because we booked through travelocity. This was at 2am and we were left stranded for more than 3 hours because there were no other available rooms in the Orlando area. The front desk was extremely rude and then disappeared after talking. When travelocity tried to call the front desk to get a refund, this would not answer the phone or answered when I called out. There were no early check-ins. Coffee machine is locked after breakfast hours, which is inconvenient. I saw two cockroaches in the bathroom! I think they come from ventilation. If this is the case, the whole building should be under pest control.

Worst experience ever with a travel company! The hotel overbooked and did not have our room when we arrived. The person behind the counter told us to leave and then went into another room and refused to resolve the problem. I spent 2 hours on the phone with low level travelocity employees from India who could not help me find another hotel. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY FOR ANY REASON!

I ask for a a pet free room and smoke free floor And walking in hallway we could smell cigarettes also once in the bedroom found dog hair in the tub Gross on the bed I was itching all night I am very allergic had to sleep fully dress up with my hair cover.. the bed was terribly uncomfortable. Not clean not what I ask couldn’t even get extra pillows

smelled in the hallway. we had several guesses among our party...fish sauce smell, stinky sock smell, chemical new shoe smell. kitchen bare, you had to tell front desk what you need. no daily cleaning unless you request, which is ok, but you have to ask front desk for more towels and we had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed.

Don't waste your money Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was dirty the hallways had trash throughout that didnt get picked up for over 24 hours. The staff never brought us extra towels nor linens for the sofa bed. And the AC didnt work along with the freezer.
