I didn’t like not cleaning and replace the bed sheet every day

Dirty, smelly, small bathroom. No housekeeping , and no clean towels unless you go to the reception and ask. Minimal options breakfast served in a small room.

Probably won’t stay there again We had to wait about 15 minutes to check in because there was only 1 person at the check in counter, then we get into our room and the sofa bed has no mattress, I called down and they said they would check with manager and get back to me. 20 minutes went by and we were heading out so I stopped at front desk and asked about mattress and they said they could give me a rollaway...I said does it fit 2 people? El hotel no es lo que esperábamos, en general su aspecto se ve descuidado, tiene mal olor, la habitación tenía cucarachas, las sabanas sucias, no había cortina en una ventana. No explican en el sitio con claridad que nadie arregla la habitación a menos que pagues extra cada día, ofrecen cosas que no hay (vajilla para cocina incompleta, sin caja de seguridad, la secadora de pelo estaba rota). En fin, no volveremos a uno de esta cadena nunca más.

Close to Universal studios Place was kept cleaned , trash in hallways.
