The system was not working so we had to wait like 30 minutes to check in. The elevator is dirty. It was supposed to be breakfast included but they only had coffee and chips. I won’t come back again.

The surrounding area for dog walking was good. However our unit was dirty smelly like food and marijuana and cigarettes. We saw two roaches in the bathroom and apparently brought some home in our luggage! Shame on you!!! I mention to front desk and all she said was oh I’m sorry about that.

Chair ripped and torn Mold throughout bathroom Staff threatened to forfeit my money paid for reservation if I was not there by 11:00 pm I called and indicated travel delays would not put me at hotel until midnight!! I usually am not categorically negative. But Extended Stay America Maitland FL should be avoided at all cost. Arrived through dirty entry windows after being approached in the parking lot by a highly questionable young man asking for help. Rang the desk bell because NO ONE there. Range 4 times in 8 min until desk clerk entered from outside. Entry area dirty even desk glass and doors into a room called breakfast area. Everything was filthy. Never did get this day. Booked through Travelocity, however, when arrived at hotel was notified that they were overbooked. Supposedly, they have refunded my money, but that remains to be seen. Come on Travelocity! Get it together!

For some reason this property, in the midst of other higher-rated properties, attracts some unfortunates (FEMA clients and immigrants), but also some unsavory people. We awoke two mornings to police in the lobby. Also, there were NO services, and no amenities…no dishes or utensils in the kitchen, no clock, no hair dryer, etc.
