You know for the amount of money you charge per day you figured you would keep up to date with the property. Everything was very out dated old and the carpet looked horrible. The staff was ok. They can only do so much with what they got. I asked for more towels. And it took over 24 hr to get them. And could not provide me with more pillows because they didn’t have any. Absolutely run down place! Perfect web site pictures sharply contrast with the on site impressions… the guy fixing his car on the parking lot, the strong lobby smell, followed by an even stronger smell at the elevar and a totally obnoxious smell of old in the bedroom. Many many layers of paint on the walls and rap music playing inside the many units…

The only thing i can say i like about the property is that the doors of the rooms had locks. The people that were hanging around the inside and outside of this hotel made me feel unsafe to be there with my family. I felt like i was staying at a Motel that was also a trap house. The rooms were filthy, dog hair over my sofa bed(alot of it) and no sheets...what is that?? Asked for 2 pillows for both my daughter and hotel said they only had one...this place was horrible and i felt like a prisoner stuck in my room.

absolutely disgusting.. smelled like sewage, old appliances from the 80's .. nothing was updated, seedy people outside smoking and throwing glass bottles out windows. very disturbing... front desk was oblivous and not helpful

Overall not what I expected. Tub yuck! No extra towel or rags you had to bring it down to be washed once used, first that has ever happen when I ever stayed at a hotel. Pool not working, hotel always has people just standing out front like they live there, no breakfast. Price was high jack to look that way didn’t want to apply my triple A discount just all in all a waste and I’m néver using Expedia again!

This hotel was advertised as clean, having a gym, breakfast etc it was dirty smelled like piss in the hallways had roaches and very incompetent staff. The water smelled like sewage and I reported my issues and they weren’t addressed until the day I checked out. This hotel is noisy all you hear all night and all day is doors being slammed and people in the hallway. If you have children I would NOT advise staying here. Even if you don’t I wouldn’t advise staying here.
