Waited 50 minutes to check-in due to technical issue and front desk associate’s lack of knowledge to operate system. Don’t be deceived by looking at the photos. At first, we thought it would be something similar to the posted photos. But here are the reality: The room was filled with unpleasant smoking odors (we booked non-smoking). There were stains on the exterior of the fridge door the first room I checked in and then they switched me to the second and the second fridge door was stained as well but not as bad as the first room. They advertise queen sized beds and that’s what my room was supposed to have. Both rooms had full sized beds. Other amenities that I was looking for such as pool and exercise room and DVD player which were listed as amenities for this hotel were not available.

There was a domestic disturbance in the room next to me. I had to call 911 because the phone room was not working.

Smell in the hallway and the dust in the roon. Had to wipe down the furniture. Bathroom drain was also very slow on draining.

Reminded me more of a dated state college building that was past due on maintenance and refurbishment.

The pool was disgusting, looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks . Our room has dirty sheets on the bed and we had a pull out bed as well and had absolutely no sheets or bedding for that . Went to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work so I had to go down and ask. Next morning we were leaving at like 615 and breakfast wasn’t even out yet. Worst hotel experience
