Al llegar el personal del recepción no fue agradable ni cortés. Al entrar a la habitación el baño no estaba limpio habia pelo y manchas. El olor a cigarillo era intolerable

Booked a king bed, NON smoking. Got a king bed smoking. Went and complained about the rooms stench and got downgraded to a queen bed. Asked for refund of the difference between rooms and was told there was no manager on duty. Went back at checkout to be refunded the difference and was told the same thing. Never got a refund.

La peor experiencia que he tenido jamás en un hote Literalmente la peor experiencia pues el personal fué descortés y grosero desde que llegué. Llegué 4 horas antes del chek in, pues venía de un crucero y solicité dejar mis maletas en resguardo a lo cuál se negaron, propuse esperar en recepción a que diera la hora tampoco lo permitieron, pretendían que esperara en la calle con mis maletas hasta el horario, a lo cual me negué y finalmente me recibieron las maletas. Blood in the bathroom, itinerant in the toilet seat, trash in the hallways for 4 days, strong smell of weed and cigarettes. Rude staff.

Disappointed The hotel smelled of mold, cigarette smoke, “Odor absorbing spray”. Our room had a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor, towels fell apart when we used them. Their “Grab & Go” breakfast was limited & under stocked. Staff “resupplied” w/ Granola bars when I told them there was a very limited supply. Tables were sticky @ breakfast nook.
