Horrible!! Not like any other extended stay. This hotel was disappointing, the first room i got smelled a wet dog mixed with smoke, thr hallways reeked of weed, i have stayed in several extended stay hotels but this one is by far the worst, my son even ran into a drunk passed out guy laying on the staircase. This placed felt like a cheap motel on the side of the highway. Sad because they do charge like others hotels in the area. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.

The desk lady was very rude. She cancelled my room reservation the day we flew in with no heads up until I drove an hour there from the airport.

Terrible! First we show up at the property and Charlene H. tells us that we do not have a reservation even though we paid for it a month in advance. She was rude and unhelpful. She did not even try to resolve the issue or help us. Then, once we reached out to Expedia to get a refund, they didn’t answer the phone for a couple of days. When Expedia tried calling days later, they responded. Another employee advised us that she actually did see the reservation! I guess Charlene did not want to give us our PAID room. Advertising offered “free continental breakfast” there wasn’t anything other than oatmeal packs and hot cocoa. No milk. Area looked dirty. The room was never clean after our first night. There were 3 of us and they only provided one bar of soap and one small bottle of shampoo. No conditioner. Very disappointing with my stay there. Specially for the cost.

Bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke even though was suppose to be a smoke free room. Overall room had bad smell. Front desk staff were helpful at check in.
