Needs to be remodeled. Dirty. Room stunk. Characters hanging out by cars every night. BBQ grills by their car, not used. Had I not already paid and my payment was nonrefundable, I would have checked out. Needs new linens. Please clean shower. Won't stay at Extended Stay again. I didn't complain because frankly I was frightened of the place.

We just wanted to leave The staff was kind to refund us but there were SO many ants in the kitchen, at the window/ac, and in the bathroom. We tried so hard to find other accommodations but nothing was under $400/nt. We went to the store to get air fresheners, never took our sandals off in the room, and spent an hour wiping down and killing ants. No one used the shower, there were no utensils/pots to cook with, and as other posts stated, the police patrol often.

The refrigerator was very old and it kept on doing noises throughout the night and also the air-conditioning, between those two we could've sleep at all. Horrible experience I will never book at this property.

Not staying there again The lady at check in left us standing there for at least 10 minutes, then when we got on our floor it smelled musty and the room was big but the sheets smelled musty as well. We paid $168 for two nights for two musty beds. We won’t be staying there again. It was fair but wouldn’t recommend staying there.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at. A\C didn’t work, sheets were dirty, towels were dirty, there was a strange smell in the hallways and in the room. They didn’t have any free breakfast, like other hotels I’ve stayed at. When I went to ask for a refund they said they couldn’t do it. Overall, a terrible hotel. Never booking with them again.

My stay here was okay, everything was clean, but the carpet smelt like urine and someone in the building was smoking weed. There was also no gym, pool, or laundry facility. Make sure to stay at the deluxe it has more to offer.

Great hotel but I go here all the time and I booked a king two weeks in advance and they tried to put me in a double bed with no warning just handed a key. Granted they fixed it after I raised hell but the point of reserving two weeks in advance was to have the king
