The property was dirty, in disrepair, there were stains on the sheets and pillows, the pool have been closed because the health department had closed it for not having a permit. When we got to the property we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. When we went later to check out early, no one ever came to the front desk and no one answered our phone calls when we tried to address the problem. I have stayed many times with Orbitz. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I would like a refund.... read more

Location is unsafe as there were many transients just hanging around. Tv wasn't working properly and no hot water in the bathroom sink. No hand soap. Kitchen had no supplies. Seriously considered sleeping in my car if it wasn't for the shady people hanging around

Check-in was disappointing. My husband and I waited for over 15 minutes for someone to show up. We were actually greeted by a fully loaded linen rolling cart behind the counter but no staff. The walls and floor could be wiped down more to appear much cleaner. The lobby was pretty warm as if there were warm air blowing instead of cold air. However, once we got into the room it was better. The tv did not work properly,no one to help make it work .Front Desk guy Joseph was very good but didn’t get any help from management to fix the problem.I would appreciate making contact with management regarding this issue .Lorne Annett

Smells really bad. Some people are living there. You hear everything from other rooms and hallways.

Took over an hour to check in. One person checking people in with no help. At one time there were 8 people standing in the lobby at 9 at night.
