Bathroom wasnt clean. Urine at the base of the toilet. Seat in room was torn. Hairs on the pillows. The staff was amazing. Friendly and outgoing. Very helpful. The hotel needs a ton of maintenance.

Continuous noise of fridge and fans of the building

There was roaches in the tub and in the bathroom on the floor horrible experience

We arrived at about 10:50pm to a lobby that claimed to be open until 11pm (9and also is supposed to be open 24/7) BUT NO ONE WAS THERE AND WE HAD TO WAIT MORE THAN 15 MINUTES. WE WERE EXHASTED. WHEN SOMEONE FINALLY CAME THEY DID NOT APOLOGIZE

In need of remodeling. The gentleman at the front desk was really nice but that is the only thing I can say positive. The room look really run down. Bathroom specifically was in desperate need of updating. The towel bar fell as my wife hung a towel. The shower had paint chipping on the upper walls. The outside pf the building looked better than the inside.
