Check-in was terrible front desk lady horrible She didn’t approached us Dirty towels on top of the front desk The lady in the front desk with a bad appearance. Very disappointed

They don’t clean rooms. We were the for 2 days. They said that they clean them every week. The shower did not work, no hot water. The front desk people are not friendly, terrible costumer service. They charge too much money a night, not worth the stay there.

Once we arrived with my family to the lobby of the hotel, I saw 2 policeman were leaving the hotel and they told me that everting is OK when they saw my concerning reaction on my face. I checked in and when we opened our room door the smell was not good at all and that was my second bad impression to this hotel. My third issue was when we tried to connect to the WiFi and there was no connection. Roaches Place is ok. The tv in the sitting room didn’t work which was disappointing. The biggest issue was the cockroaches. There were two in the kitchen and one coming out the drain in the bathroom. Disgusting. We were on the third floor so I’m assuming it’s an issue with the entire hotel. I told the front desk person on checkout who said he would tell the manager: “translation…nothing will happen.”

Ready for demo Never been to an extended stay that didnt even have a fork in the room, no paper towel or any towel in the kitchen. Book a room for 4 and got 1 bed and a fold out couch with no sheets, pillows or blankets. Bare kitchen, tv that didnt work and not even a trash can inthe room.
