Horrible I told myself that inwould never stay here again but i gave it another chance and everything was the same as before. I qas given a handicapped room when i clearly didnt ask for one. Also the TV remote did not work. After getting a new remote someone came in to see that the remote did not work. She also said we would geg a call to see if they could change rooms but never received a call. Also if i qas handicapped the shower support was broken. Never again will instay here

Construction workers leaving 6 am with no regard for other guests. Party that started at 1am with people running and screaming thru halls. Night manager said they sent up security guard. There was NO guard. Was told they heard and saw nothing. By 3 am spoke again to front desk and offered to call 911. The night mgr came up alone to handle a bunch of drinks by herself. Shame on this facility. Will be in touch with esa.com, demand a one night refund, and never use them again. JZ

Better hotels in the area for the money No ice machine, pool closed, no hair dryer, no continental breakfast. Stayed here because it was close to where we had plans. My fault for not checking what amenities were available. Plus for the price I could have stayed at a nicer place a little further away.

The property was disgusting, dirty, and frankly embarrassing.

A nightmare It was one of the worst we planned to go and relax by the pool the pool was closed no ice machines no cups in the room you had to walk down to the front desk to get a coffee maker with only one bag for one cup of coffee then we go to get the dishes and we get one cup and one glass I called the front desk and ask for more and they said they didn’t have any at this time we had to walk across the street and down the street to get ice there was no free breakfast like they said on the site there was no pool there was ... read more

The hotel was very dated. The room was dirty. The beds were uncomfortable. This hotel desperately needs a remodel.
