They don’t have rooms available

Not staying here again Check on was a disaster my room wasn’t ready and I was downgraded to a queen and they didn’t change the price of the room. Got to our room and it was ok smelled clean. Noticed blood or wine stain on bed sheet and pubic hair stuck to bathroom door, this was after work and there was no one at the front desk to help...luckily I packed Clorox wipes and Lysol spray. Have t stayed here since August and I don’t think I’ll be coming back

Horrible sleep over- should have drove home!!! Our room was downstairs and apparently the upstairs guest lived there with kids and a dog. They were very noisy. Barking, bumping and constant door closing almost all night. Refrigerator and cabinets looked old - Good we didn’t need to use those amenities. Bathroom and bed were clean.

You guys canceled me due to overbooking so I had to drive around town in order to find another hotel very unsatisfied with Expedia

$200 a night for a motel 6 experience. Unfortunately, this place looks nice from outside, yet is a dump charging $200 a night. The rooms were disgusting, and the pool was closed. I felt like I was living in low income housing for one night.

After driving all morning we arrived at the hotel for our 3 pm check in time. Myself along with every other guest that was to check were told rooms were not clean and ready. Not even able to use a restroom or offer water. After 2 hours waiting in parking lot , room still not ready and we were down graded. No coffee or breakfast in the morning. Water pipes so loud every time a shower was taken or toilet was used we were woken up by the extremely loud pipes from 1am to 645 in the morning. Not a good nights rest ! No one attend... read more

Pee smell Unorganized. Pool not open. Sheets smelled like pee.

I wish the staff at night was attentive and welcoming like day staff!

When you claim your hotel is a rated a 10 star clean hotel especially with COVID however its totally false! We went to pick up the phone and it was so sticky and gross. The bathroom floor under the sick and the toilet looked like they hadn’t been mopped in forever. They was a dead roach at the door, the shower had dirt all it. The refrigerator still had somebody’s leftovers still in it.
