Never ever Extend Stay Hotel in my life. We went at 9 pm to get the room that we booked through Hotel.com and the staff told us that there is pipe leakage in our room and it will take them 1hr to fix the pipe. So we waited for 1hr and they told us that they are still working to fix the leakage. The receptionist did not help me in any way like to find another room or to give me Hotels.com no. or to give me a place where I could eat my dinner or use the restroom. Let me start with the receptionist was awesome who checked us in. She was working entirely alone, with another co-worker who was casually walking by with food, casually watching the receptionist struggle with a lobby full of angry guest but did not offer any help. It was quite a sad thing to watch happen. We booked our room about a week ago, traveled hours with food for our assigned check in of 3pm. The rooms stunk, the carpet had a lot of stains, the bedding had stains and between sheet was full of hair. We asked for clean bedding but never got it. The check in process was unbelievable yesterday slow. I would not go here ever. It is not clean and during Covid that makes it even worse.

I had a psychotic above me tearing up the room wailing uncontrollably , taken away by police , and a desk clerk anything but prepared for this type of behavior

Canceled my reservation booked a month in advance. Rude reservationist. Booked 2 queen beds for 3 adults. Got 1 double bed what nightmare

The aircondition is making noise and its only set to 72 which is still really warm inside. The check in process is not effecient as i was told to wait in the lobby then all of a sudden fred (frontdesk) started to entertain guest to check in without calling me as first in the line.kinda disappointing especially it was really hot and u really wanted to get a shower and take a nap after long drive .

is Everything was good until they said the pool was closed!! That was the main reason of my trip to be in the pool relaxing

I have a hard time believing they did not have I’ve machines in the entire hotel. We had to go out several times throughout the weekend to pick up ice! Also, as much as I appreciate doggy friendly environments I was disgusted as to how much poop I saw around the hotel. Come pet lovers, we could do better in keeping up with our pups, but also the hotel did not have bags in the posts and no clean up around Complex.
