Looks good on the outside but inside is old and smelly and filthy.. hallways stink and guests look like drug addicts or more like a nursing home .. no room service . Don’t recommend this hotel .. don’t be fooled by the exterior because the interior is disappointing.

Not clean, unkept. The building needs to be repaired and there was no house cleaning.

No housekeeping?? Had to ask for dishes...toaster and coffee maker, no tea kettle

The room was at first floor with lot of noises around , they said that the breakfast was included in the package but all they had was tea/coffee and some cheap muffins.Really disappointing

Poorly maintained. Poor cleanliness. Stark rooms. Bare bones. Felt like an affordable housing unit. Bad pillows. Cheap everything.

Hotel lobby was in disrepair/under renovation. Room window was open and could not be closed although front desk was asked to do it. A/C running all the time since it was 90degrees outside. Bill was incrorrect, since the bill was prepaid @ hotel.com, but the hotel billed again. No receipt was supplied. Breakfast was inadequate/limited in selection; no fruit, no place to eat other than in room. No shuttle service to airport available. No nearby restaurants.

Ripped off I called regarding this but have not heard back. Extended stay office l.closed at 11 pm. I arrived after that .and no one was available to check in. Called them early the next am and was told my whole reservation was cancelled.The person didn't know why or if I had been charged. Two of the three nights were award nights...
Hotel is in need of an update, everything feels very old and tired. Breakfast is a joke, terrible selection. No fruit, no real milk, no cereals, just a selection of prepacked sweet things and not very good coffee. Overall not terrible but definitely not worth the cost.

Do Not Stay Here We walked into the hotel room and walked straight back out and demanded a refund. The hotel is in such poor condition, The sheets had blood on them, there was a used hair tie in the bed, tooth paste on the mirror in the bathroom and something sticky all over the furniture.
