Not what I expected for $300 a night that $65 nigh The hotel on website looks way better than the hotel it also said breakfast but they don’t have a restaurant or breakfast

Exterior was fine. Interior was awful. Very dated. Found an old dog bone in our room. Shower was broken so it would leak and make noise 24/7. Broken light fixtures. Pillows had a hole. Just overall dirty.

No one is as at check in when we got there. We waited at least 5 minutes

There is not an elevator. No hair dryer! There is always a hair dryer. Terrible continental breakfast! Wouldn’t even call it that! No place to sit. Certainly not what is expected for the price!

No trash cans in the room. Small flat screen TV, No hair dryer in the room, had to go to the front desk to get one. For $240.00 I would think you would have had a real continental breakfast. Had coffee and some packets of oatmeal you mix yourself with water. Big let down for that price. I might as well had went to Motel 6. We had to go to Denny's to eat. I would never book a room here again unless the price drops to $120.

Very disappointed and embarrassed I recommended it What didn't go wrong -- I had dozens of rooms booked there and had complaints from almost everyone of them re cleanliness and condition of the rooms. I also wrote to the main office of Extended Stay America with some serious issues that they need to deal with --- and I haven't yet received a response. Yet that office is asking me to book again for next year ---I had booked 80 room nights in FEB and they want me to book again for next year. That will not happen.....too bad, l... read more

The room was nice enough but the bathroom was a bit grubby. I liked the covers on the beds and the small kitchen was nice although we didn't use it. The AC blew gusty cold air into the room and we couldn't figure out how to regulate it. The biggest problem was the noise. Two different parties came home in the middle of the night and made so much noise my friend and I both woke up and couldn't get back to sleep.

Shabby. Bare bones facility. No coffee maker, hair dryer, lotions, clean towels. Terrible toilet paper, empty box of tissues. Sheets didnt fit. Rooms are only serviced once a week unless you pay extra. Breakfast was a few packaged bars and cofffee which were not refilled in a timely manner. I left something there and have to pay the shipping to get it back. This was all at $250 a night.
