in my room don’t have paper toilets, and the breakfast only the hotel have coffee and tea; It is very poor, unhygienic it was horrible I do not recommend it, it was losing my money

Unkept The room smelled, appeared to be dirty, when I used wipes to wipe the night stands and counters dirt was left at the bottom, the sip was clogged and smelly food particles and the toilet clogged.

Falsely advertised free breakfast. It’s coffee and a granola bar to go. No daily housekeeping. I guess that’s because some live there???? Pets allowed which is fine. However, there was dog poop all outside property.

Not cool They denied our booking w Hotels.com, we arrived kate they couldn’t find our booking, and I am still waiting for Hotels.com to contact me! We stayed 2 nights but not w Hotels.com We had to go get our own towels, and TP a d the guy said “sorry i was busy”
My bathroom sink was clogged with standing water for the first 2 days of my stay. I had to go my buisness meeting for 2 days unshaven. The pool was closed the entire time. My room was filthy and not even cleaned before my stay. I have video proof of this and plan on posting it. the floors were not swept, no dusting was done . the carpet was not vacumed.
