There was hair in room, in several places! Asked for more towels and was told they were in drier. Gentlemen who checked us in was not well versed in customer service!

I had to kill a cockroach in the kitchen, so after that it was clear they needed to work harder on keeping the rooms clean. Very disturbing because they did not provide a stand to put your luggage on, so now our luggage is being fumigated. Also, it was clear the room had been smoked in, and that was a big disappointment.

Would not stay here again The lobby was not clean and very old and dingy looking. The hallway to the room was dark, dingy and carpeting was filthy. There was an odor that was quite pungent.

Loud TV Room next door had there TV on all night,& was loud. WiFi was bad

Im so disappointed that their complimentary breakfast was only composed of oatmeal and a granola bar. Their bathroom was very dirty and thei r bedsheets didnt look too great either. They didnt leave much toilet paper in there

I will never stay here again. It was disgusting. The filthy lobby and laundry room should have been my first clues. My room had a dirty toilet, a cigarette butt in the corner, and there was some sort of sticky caulk like substance on the cabinet. But the worst was someone came in to our room at 6:00 AM with an active key card. I yelled at them and they left quickly. The facility is in horrible need of being updated.
