Nice look outside but nothing else is good. Lobby small and smells marijuana, the first staff person I see wears a hat written "antisocial", staff tries to be friendly but not professional, neither well trained, no ice machine in the corridors, whole hotel is smelly, room is highly deteriorated, cabinets are old and in bad shape, bathroom also old and in bad shape, sink full of cigarette burn marks, bathroom vent noisy, showerhead spreads water all around. Overall a nightmare. Don't be deceived by the nice look outside.

At the time of checking it, front desk told me they overbooked and I will be given a smaller room. I booked a room with kitchen, no dishes or soap was available, later next day before checking out I found a piece of paper saying if you need one please contact front desk. I wish they would have made it available beforehand

I turned the air conditioner off and left the room for about an hour or so. The room smelled awful worse than sour milk. I pulled the sheets off the bed to find the absolute worst mattress that I’ve ever seen. A huge coffee stain covered the right side of the bed from the head to about my waste. I’m not even going to describe what other stains covered the remaining mattress. Looks like this mattress worked in a rent by the hour room. We arrived at the property a little before check in the staff was very nice and advised us to return around 1-2p. Upon our return check in was very simple. The room was standard, somewhat clean, but not new as the exterior of the building looks. The main issue with the hotel is the walls are soooo THIN-I heard the people above us walk around or dance around till 4:30am-the people the side of us doing who knows what till the late hours of the night. The hotel is LOUD! If you are looking for a quiet place this is not it.

This Extended Stay was home to some of the dregs of Palm Springs society. The room directly across from ours had a 12" X 12" cardboard piece taped over a hole that was smashed into the handle. A Master Lock was attached to a latch to keep door shut. Our room had a leaking kitchen sink faucet that dripped all night long. Terrible. Free WiFi did not work, phone at room was dead, no hair dryer, no bath towels only face towels. There was kitchen at room but no any plate, pot and silvers

We Didn't Like One Thing. Too Many Things, Constantly Dripping Tub Faucet, Loud Ceiling Vent, Balester On Light Loud. No Daily Maid Service Had To Bring Dirty Towels To Front Desk. Advertising Continental Breakfast You Get A Wrapped Muffin And Coffee at The Front Door. No Other Hotel Available In A 5O Mile Radus Or We Would Have Left.

Horrible. There was no soap in the shower, I found hair all over the bathroom. They ran out of towels for the entire hotel, so I had to use the same towel the entire weekend...... When asked for soap and shampoo there were none...
