No breakfast. Just coffee and granola bars No real breakfast, no room service, and staff was not the nicest

Check your room! I stayed one night with my son. Our room was musky, there was a large puddle of water, and the more I looked around, the more I noticed how shabby the room was overall. The bed was comfortable, but the recliner was broken. I would not stay here again. The front desk ladies were nice, though, so that was a positive.

TERRIBLE experience the workers were very rude only one worker was nice. Manager was very unprofessional

A second chancea I wanted to give this hotel a second chance to prove that it is worthy. The last time i stayed was a disaster, however, I did receive an apology. My recent stay didn't even come close to satisfaction, so with that being said, the following mad me frustrated: long wait in getting towels, flat pillows, no ice machine, toilet stopped up, no dishes & utensils, no housekeeping until after a couple of days, I had to take out my own trash, wifi problem, & then the parking was terrible cause they had AT&T trucks blo... read more

Lol No clean linen we had to request that they wash ours and the hostess said they don’t normally do that that was a courtesy u have to pay extra for room service we didn’t know so we didn’t get. The staff was extremely nice though

Extremely basic. No real amenities. Breakfast in the morning is coffee and granola bars. We stayed one night. On the positive side, dogs of all sizes seem to be allowed.

HORRIBLE!!! THE ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF WAS HORRIBLE, ARGUMENTIVE, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, I'M SAYING THIS ABOUT ONE STAFF IN PARTICULAR THERE .

Ridiculous amount of time to check in There were 2 couples in line ahead of us. We did not get checked in for 45 minutes. There was no one at the front desk so we all had to wait 10 minutes for the first couple to be helped. While the desk clerk was super nice she was so chatty that it made the wait way too long. Additionally, we were charged a pet fee that was not listed on Expedia. The shower was freezing! No hot water! Front desk did say it was being worked on. The room was large and clean.
