They did not clean my room after i requested the couch bed had trash in it with no sheets mold in the tub so couldnt get in the shower the whole stay the guest was nosey and the firealarm went off twice in the middle of the night

The tub had mold the carpets in The hall way was filthy the front desk lady at night was rude and i stayed on. The second floor and it sounded lime whoever was on the 3rd floor was running back and fourth all night until 6am and not only i paid for a room that they no longer have my bday weekend was suppose to be fun and relaxed but it was horrible

It was very uncleaned, 1st level doesn't feel safe window locks doesn't work

Dirty un safe ratched i still wash 3 times a day to get the stench off

I found my room window open in the winter with a poor lock for a first floor window. No ice trays in refrig since they don't offer ice machines. Then front desk wouldn't give me my money back after I reviewed the room since I was a late check-in. They knew I was going to be late 1 week prior. I left to seek another hotel & never stayed there. I want my money back.

Never again stay at an Extended Stay Hotel We asked if they had an airport shuttle, they said yes,but neglected to tell us it wasn't available on Sundays..took a cab for a cost of $17.00..when arri ving at our room we fpund 3 pillows on a chair without pillow cases...called the front desk, clerk said will send housekeeper..never came...went to front desk and clerk gave me 3 cases which we put on ourselves ..on checkout Monday morning went to lobby at 4:45am to take shuttle to airport..was told no shuttle, driver called in si... read more
