won’t return Sketchy and felt unsafe. People were lingering around the parking lot - drinking and hanging out just feet from the entrance. Our Family with children had to walk through a cloud of smoke when entering. Tight parking, limited access To drop bags, scratchy sheets. We Wont return.

My opinion book with property direct I showed up after a late flight in and there wwas undesirable people standing around out front and was feeling very unsafe. Walked into the lobby and my first impression was not very clean and rundown. I decided not to stay and ask for my money back. After three days of calling the hotel and hotels.com i still had to pay for the night. No happy with service from either party

The room was not clean. The floors were sticky. We tried to use the fold out couch, but the mattress has food crumbs/stains on it. We called the front desk to requested additional blankets and pillows, however, nobody ever showed.

The worst hotel I ever been in my life. Bad smell, creepy, noisy. Really bad experience

It was dirty and had a really bad smell. It was very noisy.

What a mistake!! This place had a stench that was overwhelming when I first went in. It smelled like a extremely dirty ashtray and on the third floor all I could smell is pot smell! There are huge trash cans in the stair area where you walk up and down the steps and they're always filled with trash and that stinks as well! The stairwells are very dirty they have paper and debris all over the carpeting all over the steps everywhere you look. when i first walked in the room we noticed that it had smoky smell , then i went to use the bathroom and noticed that it didn’t have any toilet paper in the bathroom AT ALL , so after that was settled the toilet wouldn’t flush , so after contacting the front desk and asked them to change my room they said they couldn’t because they were sold out . after walking thru the room we also noticed that the walls were extremely dirty and it looked like somebody poured some type of liquid on it and didn’t clean it up .
