There were 3 couples in our group. I am the only one that stayed the rest found other hotels. My room was ok and just ok and theirs were dirty and smelled bad. The queen bed was a double and the fold out couch was bent and in vey poor condition. The property was run down and dirty. I would never recommend this property or stay here again. We picked this property because it had a kitchen but the kitchen was completely empty. We had to ask for a coffee pot that was supposed to be in the room. Stay away STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. My family and I were threatened as soon as we got into the parking lot. As I got out of the car there were 4 men outside smoking marijuana and I heard them say “white boy” so I proceeded to walk into the lobby and there was no one working. I stood there for a few minutes then a worker walked down the hallway and said “what you want” so I told her I was checking in and she ignored me and just kept walking. Horrible place Hotel charged my card 3 different times. The place was crap. It was so loud in common areas all the time. Stayed one night to be near airport and do extended parking. When we were leaving we were told we can keep our car there for free but they didnt have an airport shuttle and would "look" after our car. Total crap

I never got my room that I paid for when I arrived they told me they were sold out I want my money Please and thank You

The description said there was a free airport shuttle. I asked the clerk to sign me up for a 5 am shuttle. He said he would and he would be sure to tell the night clerk. When I arrived at 5 am to catch the shuttle. The clerk said there hadn't been a shuttle since 3/2020. I would need to go out in the dark to the Embassy Suites to catch a shuttle. Side notes: I had no blanket in my room. When I went out to find a shuttle, there was a man smoking a joint at the door. I had to drag my suitcase several feet in the dark and hope ... read more

Our room was dirty, mold in the bathroom, floor in living area, very sticky. No hair dryer. would not recommend this place to anyone. Down right dirty.

Needs upgrades and appropriate furnishings in room Staff was nice but that was it, didn't have a pull out bed, couch, chair anything so I ended up having to sleep in my car, definitely need an upgrade and they should allow smoking rooms as someone was CLEARLY smoking inside lol. Great pet policy and the staff was responsive to the horrid misrepresentation I faced with my room. Beds were VERY small and uncomfortable as well. Not like ES hotels I have stayed at around the county.
