The property itself is trash. There was no trash can in the hotel. We couldn’t even check in early and then when we got there the room wasn’t even ready we had no wash cloths, the tv didn’t work, and the toilet stopped up. My experience overall was unsatisfactory.

I wasn’t able to stay at this hotel because they didn’t have any rooms available after I was charge $100 from Expedia and still haven’t received an refund.

It was ok, won’t stay there again though It was ok, room smelled like smoke and we never received the towels and sleazy clothes with the spray of room

They didnt help tger guest with any amenities when the storm knock the power off no updates nothing jus had additudes and they rooms dresser drawers are missing soor locks half off oven knobs pop off burn cigarette marks on sink and tubs..

I made a statement room was filthy mouse ran across my foot while in kitchen reported n took plenty of pictures

No coffee pot no utensils no ironing board or iron no hair dryer and customer service at the front desk is horrible. Non smoking room but hallway reeked of marijuana. My first and last stay here!

THIS IS THE WORSE PROPERTY I HAVE EVER STAYED AT. I TRAVEL EVERY MONTH AND EXTENDED STAY AMERICA'S ARE VERY GOOD BUT THIS PARTICULAR ONE WAS DISGUSTING. THE ROOM SMELLED OLD AND LIKE CIGARRETTE, THE BATHTUB WAS CLOGGED WITH WHITE THINGS FLOATING OUT, THE TABLES WERE STAINED WITH GELLY GLITTERED, THE BATHROOM WAS FULL OF HAIR AND RAIZOR FROM A PREVIOUS GUEST (I ASSUME), THE FLOOR WAS STICKY, THE FURNITURE STAINED WITH GOD KNOWS WHAT, BEDSHEETS WERE NOT CLEAN AND THE KITCHEN WAS UNSANITARY IN MANY WAYS.
