Not a place for kids.. We booked this hotel because we had an overnight layover in Philadelphia and didn't want to spend too much since it wasn't even a full night. And since we were flying with 2 toddlers, we were hoping they could get a little bit of sleep.. When we got there, we had to change rooms twice because they heavily smelled like cigarette. There were cockroaches in the room, I have videos. I decided to leave once I arrived in the room & now I’m waiting for a refund. The staff was rude & ignorant.

The staff Malika was extremely rude to me and my guests who were turned away at around 3am due to a misunderstanding with Expedia and the hotel. I booked 2 rooms and only Recieved 1 room My guests had to book with a nearby hotel 3am which is so insensitive and inhumane.

Blood stains on sofa bed mattress. Some kind of dark stains on sofa back. Inebriated/drugged individuals in lobby. Loud surroundings couldn’t sleep. Table had food crumbs stuck on. It’s a wonder that the health and sanitation department hasn’t condemned this place. Do yourself a huge favor and stay away!! Expedia should blacklist this property!!!

I paid for upgraded internet that didn't stay connected. The linen was dingy. How do you have the nerve to charge for parking in a non secured lot? And the audacity to have a list of items they will charge you for if you're desperate enough to take them! We won't even ask why you advertise having everything in a furnished apartment but there was no dishes or cookware anywhere! Oh and that free breakfast is a cup of coffee!!
