From the rear side of the building i had to walk all around the building to go my room, rear entry has been unusable. Bathtub was clogged, floore had sticky dirt,. Check out time 10 am room keys stop working, when i tell everything to front desk she said i am fine and good to go🤔🤔 breakfirst table has some gonila bars those all are meshed

Olor a basura y cigarrillos en los pasillos. Cucarachas en el baño saliendo por los drenajes. Nevera no funciona propiamente, elevador no funciona, no desayuno como prometido. Sofa bed en malas condiciones al abrirlo. No lo recomiendo.

Awful We left immediately. They wanted a $20 per day charge to park, the staff was rude, and the place a mess. Pushing for a refund,

1) Rugs clearly haven’t been cleaned in a long time 2) bathroom clearly was not cleaned- soap scum in bathtub. 3) furniture and carpet stains 4)- bed linen was clean 5) receptionist was friendly and courteous Clearly the facility does not have a competent manager. We were told our room was checked by the manager before we arrived. If the condition of that room was acceptable to the manager, whoever he or she is, clearly is not qualified to be in that position.

I was not happy with this 1 night stay. I spent one night here with my mom and thought the kitchen/ room would be a plus however everything was missing. No drain stoppers Horrible toilet pressure No cups The air was minimum no matter what setting i put it on I paid for 2 queen size beds 1 was truly a queen and the other was a queen boxspring with a full sized mattress. I am not sure if all rooms are bad but 209 is.
