There was trash left under bed , bed was very uncomfortable, floor had dirt marks in the bathroom , tv remote did not work , you have to pay for parking

Desperate times call for… Not so great. It was cheap, but less than up to par. Dirty floors, dirty cabinets, floors were uneven…I got what I paid for.

HORRIBLE This was not a great experience. Hotel is very dirty Is used as transitional housing "Breakfast" is coffee and granola bars The front desk staff is virtually non existent and spent 10 min waiting (staff was sleeping in the back office) for someone to come to the desk and fix our key cards (kept not working) the hotel is DIRTY. Alot of the plugs in the rooms dont work. Bathtub drain didnt drain properly (took almost 15 min to empty after a shower) bathroom door didnt shut properly. Never again It wasn’t close to the pictures. The rooms smelled really bad like old trash. The floors were sticky the bathroom hit here on the floor. The first room I was in the bed was broken the second room the bed wasn’t broken but it still smelled really bad.

Roach bate ecerywhere My daughter and I stayed at Extended Stay in Philadelphia on Bartram Ave. we got in late and checked in and went to the room there was roaches and roach bate everywhere. I asked to speak to the manager I was told the manger would be in at 9 am. I greet the manger that following morning and he said to me roach bate is a regulation on all first floors of their hotel. Old and outdated. Dirty carpets, stained towels, greasy - dirty kitchen and to top it off an unpleasant unwelcoming staff member. The lobby stinks. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else.

Extended-Stay? Not for me. The whole place is in poor repair. The check-in process is tedious and time-consuming. I was charged $ for parking. This was NOT disclosed in the booking. Parking was clearly listed as an amenity. The breakfast itself was literally grab-n-go. The morning coffee was OK.

It was a place that people lived there. Rooms had holes in the wall and outdated. Dogs barking all night. Room door looks like it was broken into. Did not close properly and looks unsafe.
