It was a horrible experience. We are now staying at a new hotel due to our room being unclean when we walked in. Beds had been slept in and there were dirty towels on the floor, soaking wet. We were given a new room with only one bed which didn’t match what I had previously booked. Very disappointing and will not be staying with Extended Stay again.

Entering the room, room smelled, carpet was dirty, bathroom had pieces of hair from the previous person who stayed, bees had spring issues if you move a little,room was booked for three people and only two towels were given when asking receptionist for third towel …. Will never stay here again Room 232 Had Active Roaches Floor in hallway was sticky Card keys had multiple problems in the middle of the night Noone watching the front desk to help with issues All side entrances were closed off for entry with only available parking in rear so had to walk completely around to front entrance for re-entry (Card Keys did not access any exterior doors)

Disappointing Uncleanly conditions, I was given a room that had hair and crumbs in the bed, dirty towels in the bathroom. Front desk clerk was kind and gave us another room however keys did not work so we again had to go back to the front desk. Hallways had old bed frames and other items, as it looks like they are remodeling old rooms. The hallway shade bad odor like old food and urine. You had to pay for parking to an open/uncovered parking lot, which quite honestly felt unsafe to walk in in the evening.

Nothing!! The pictures show on the website were nice. The was nothing like the pictures. Check out early and went another hotel.
