The entire property has a very bad smell and the staff is very non-curteous.

Thin uncomfortable beds. Paper thin walls and "quiet hours" that weren’t enforced. One of the front desk women was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Floors were sticky. Shower was terrible. Only redeeming quality was that it was close to the airport.

TERRIBLE - TURNED AWAY DESPITE RESERVATION The hotel did not allow us to check in. Told us the hotel was filled despite us having a reservation. We even called in the afternoon to say we’d have a late check in and the person on the phone said that would not be a problem.

Stay somewhere else if you can. Room wasn't cleaned well. Very limited linens, even though we booked a room for four people.

I ordered a room with 2 beds and a couch to sleep 3 people. The room only had 2 beds and no couch. Further, when we checked in, they refused to provide keys until we paid an addition $100 deposit. The staff was very rude and inconsiderate. They refused to allow my husband to use the restroom in the lobby until he was registered as a guest, despite his discomfort from being stuck in a traffic jam for an hour prior to his arrival and being unable to relieve himself until he waa able to navigate out of the traffic. Staff was very friendly n polite. There were no pots, pans or cook ware as described in the listing. Booked a room with two queen size beds. We got two full size beds.. had to pay a parking fee for the duration of our stay was also not listed in the listing.. pest control the day of departure was a Definite no for me.. will not be booking here again for our next trip.
