They are always overbooked. I will never use them again. They don't have rooms you BOOKED in advance. Terrible business practice. I am done with them period.

Gentlemen at front desk was kind but area was sketchy and once inside it looked like i would imagine a jail would. The rooms were sub par dirty my daughter sat at the end of the bed and alnost flipped it over we took off the blankets and just slept on top fully clothed. We were too tired to try again. There is no breakfast just coffee and bananas i think

The place was not clean the staff was rude when i arrived to check in. So i did not check in and left.

This was very disappointed. The smell was terrible and the place is just flat out dirty as well as the room. I payed for two nights as I was working long hours. Stayed the first night and did not return. It’s that bad

Very nasty rooms

Avoid it. Floors were squeaky, room was dirty, there was popcorn in the sofa bed. Fridge was nice and clean. Towels were raspy and there was a lot of noisy guests.

Though it is only across the street from the Sonesta, the experience could not have been farther away. We had 2 rooms, one on the 2nd floor and the other on the 3rd. Each floor had a unique terrible smell. The 3rd floor was so bad, we had to cancel the room and we all stayed in the second floor room. People were openly using drugs on the property. I would never stay there again and strongly recommend against anyone else staying there as well.
