Disappointed No one was at registration desk when we arrived about 6 pm. Another couple had been waiting 30 minutes. Parking fee posted outdoors was lower than we were charged. We were not aware there is a $100 deposit. Room setup was as expected but entire floor was sticky. Room was quiet. Some damaged areas on walls. No coffee maker in kitchenette. I made a reservation for two rooms yesterday at this hotel, we did the check-in but we had to leave because the conditions of that hotel were horrible, we saw something different on the internet than what we saw when we arrived, you couldn't even breathe from the dirt there, We didn't have sheets, everything was torn and thrown everywhere

While checking in, the receptionist told me that breakfast is offered in the morning. However, the next morning, another receptionist rudely informed me that NO breakfast is offered, although it is mentioned on Expedia that breakfast is included!!!! Another point is that the corridor is very smelly and the beds had bugs.

I booked this room after midnight of 1/30/23 so it was actually 1/31/23 before I booked it informed me of immediate check in after midnight an that’s why I proceeded with my booking only to get told I can’t check in nor was it rooms available tonight.
