Very dirty property I asked for a second room because the first one was dirty, the second room was also dirty so I asked for a refund. The women said she processed the refund and I would have to wait 3-5 business days but I haven’t received my refund for the room, only the deposit back.

Worst hotel ever Absolute worst experience with this place. We went to see a concert at citizens bank park at 4:30 so I got to the hotel around 2pm to let them know we’ll be coming in after midnight. They told me that was fine and I signed some paperwork and then I asked if there was anything else I needed to do to ensure we got into our room at night and they told me I was good to go. Did not have the rooms I booked. Sofa bed that we had to use had no blankets sheets and pillow both rooms.

The girl with the red dreads is very rude and ignorant she came to the window asking me do I have a problem talking to me while she have a ear bud in her ear if your in customer service learn how to service customers all the rest of the ladies were great
