It was very disappointing. The rooms smelled like smoke. The rooms look like they were beaten up. The surrounding green space is not maintained.

Dirty, carpet looks like its at least 30 years old. Bedding from the 1970's. Steel plates on doors. Feels like a Half-way house. Very scared couldn't relax.

Pissed in Philly I booked online 2 weeks in advance and paid in full, yet when I tried to check in, I was told the room was sold out and they had nothing for me. I don't understand how you can sell a room that has already been paid for. The woman behind the counter was rude and stand offish. When trying to talk with a Hotels.com representative, I was told I would have to talk to an agent in France! Treat Yourself Better Than This. The lobby is the cleanest part of the hotel. I checked in went to my room and the room was old with broken & missing drawers, the kitchen counters had dried up food, the chair had slashes in the fabric & the mattress cover had brown stains on it.

Bad experience Not good, hotel experience not as advertised. Mattress wrapped in plastic making it extremely uncomfortable and noisy ro sleep on. Kitchen area completely bare without any supplies except 1 hand towel. No trash can. Room looked extremely run down. Would never stay here again

I got sick just walking in the door. It smelled so bad I caught an asthma attack. I couldn't even check in. I had to fight for 2 weeks to get my money back. I had a terrible experience with Extended Stay America suites before. I will NEVER stay there. This chain of hotels is horrible.
