The staff was kind and courteous. The lobby was very clean and smelling fresh. However it appears that the state has relocated a lot of people with different circumstances. I don't want to be judgmental we all have life challenges. However I think this property should be used only for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. A makeshift shelter if you will for better word. There was a guy sleeping in the hallway outside my door. Called down to the front desk and no one answered.

Dirty place, we booked in advance we were 5 people and they will give us only 2 towels. drunk people in the hallways and in the entrance and smell of cigarettes in the elevator. I do not recommend it

This place was dirty and too many ppl hanging around outside the front door the place is dim it was just nasty.

Old property not like advertised. Everything smells like cigarette. Room had an awful smell. Front desk staff not very helpful nor friendly.
