The bathroom was off the hinges. The room door didn't shut unless you pushed/pulled it hard. If not paying attention, you could be robbed because the door was ajar. I had my 1 year old child in the room and there was no heat. I went to front desk to ask for maintenance and supervisor. No one was available. Asked for the supervisor to be called. To no avail. Bed bugs and shady clientel. Literally retrieved a bed bug carcass and delivered it to the front desk .
