Roaches The staff was great, customer service was great, but my room had roaches and smelled terrible.

Ripped sheets, stains on carpets, broken, old tv stand. Bathroom with steins in floor. Heavy smoke stench in room which the staff changed for us. Staff was courteous and polite. The pictures looked great but the hotel was not. We wanted to leave after registering. It needs major renovation. It was cheaper than the rest but I will never stay there again.

There were roaches and no drawers in the dresser. Also, it smelled really bad and was dirty

The smell was so bad, i just couldn't take it. The room was awful duty and filthy. It so outdated, and falling apart. Ill never go back. The staff at the front was nice.

The bed was broke. They put me in a smoking room. There were burn marks in the window seal. The window was open at 25 degree weather. The hallways were litter with trash. I was too afraid to sleep.

Needs a major overhaul. The check in was easy and the clerk was pleasant. The room was dirty, the windows were unlocked, the phone and hair dryer were broken, there was one thin blanket that was stained, the remote was missing the back and the door latch didn't work.
