staff was ok, but hotel in horrible condition, is falling apart, the toilet had a black stain inside , old toilet, bed matress horrible, ask for a queen bed got a full..not a good experience..never again

Wasn’t aware there was a fire and sprinkler damage. Room and hallway smelled awful. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling in the shower area. Couldn’t sleep as there were noise in the hallway and felt unsafe.

This was the most filthy hotel I have ever stayed at. We had to leave the same night we checked in because the stains on the bed sheets as well as the towels. The toilet didn’t work, the shower had stains, the door, counter tops etc. were all sticky. Worst stay of my life.

There were cracks and missing woodwork. Drop ceiling pieces missing. No electricity on one side of the room. Disclaimer posted for full refund if I didn’t stay. How do I get my money back

What i didn't like was that there were bugs in the room had to be moved to another room bugs again and the blanket waa dirty. The first room the bathtub was dirty and the floors in both rooms were nasty and to pay all that money it should have been better no bugs!!
