I made a reservation here through Expedia. I needed somewhere to spend the night after a 20 hour day of traveling involving canceled flights and delays. (I ultimately was rerouted to Philly but I live in CT, so I needed somewhere to stay). I had called hours earlier to confirm my reservation and to inform them of my late arrival and ask about an airport shuttle. They said they no longer have an airport shuttle and I would need to take a cab. They made no mention that they were overbooked. When my flight landed after midnight... read more
