I made a reservation here through Expedia. I needed somewhere to spend the night after a 20 hour day of traveling involving canceled flights and delays. (I ultimately was rerouted to Philly but I live in CT, so I needed somewhere to stay). I had called hours earlier to confirm my reservation and to inform them of my late arrival and ask about an airport shuttle. Smelled like weed and trash. Room had roaches.

Roaches The staff was great, customer service was great, but my room had roaches and smelled terrible.

Ripped sheets, stains on carpets, broken, old tv stand. Bathroom with steins in floor. Heavy smoke stench in room which the staff changed for us. Staff was courteous and polite. The pictures looked great but the hotel was not. We wanted to leave after registering. It needs major renovation. It was cheaper than the rest but I will never stay there again.
