Poor facility - unclean The room was smelly and dirty. The lighting was poor and I didn't feel safe. There were no conveniences - not even ice. When we asked for some they said, "dude, you have ice trays"! That didn't help us for the moment. The floor was sticky, the counters dirty, it was totally non welcoming and scary!

One of the worst hotels ever stayed at.

The front house person was so nice. The place was dirty. The hallway carpets were dirty. Also, the first room we had it had a leak on the floor. Second room had no remote for the tv but when we got one it was dirty and didn’t have the back on it. Barely work the tv that is. The place needs a good deep clean. From the hallway to the rooms. The staff was excellent. They were very sweet. Sorry but won’t stay there again until it’s cleaned up.

I cancelled because no shuttle from airport. To and from airport would add another 20. 00 so no thank you. Rebook and saved.

This is a horrible property, entire building smells like cigarettes or weed. They charge for parking that should clearly be listed when you book this. I would have never stayed here. Refrigerator leaked, drain in the bathroom sink and tub drained extremely slow. Just an overall bad location

There was an odor that permeated everywhere. The furniture was damaged. Bathroom sink clogged. Refrigerator smelled horrible and ran all night. Very noisy sounding. The television was good though.

We walked into our room and there was a smell that made us sick, the furniture was broken and it was very unclean. We did not stay and just lost out on the money. We walked across the street and stayed at Embassy Suites.
