Would never stay again The bathtub was gross with hair in the drain. There was no remote in the room and when we requested one it had no cover for the batteries. Most appliances looked old and dirty. The mattress was horrible and very uncomfortable.

After missing my plane this is where I chose. No airport shuttle - had to Uber. The hotel property itself was very poorly managed. The room was quite outdated and nothing like the photos. Next time I'll spend the extra few bucks for somewhere that isn't a red roof inn with a better name slapped on it.

I will never use your site again I have pictures. I should be refunded. The place was disgusting. I’m never using your site again. The plumbing was bad. So when my son took a shower the water would not go back down. The water sat in the tube the entire night and morning and you could see the dirt in the tube. The toilet seat was broken. My bed box was broken, my sons sheet that zips in the mattress was not zipped up. The hallways smelled like trash. It was a terrible experience. We had no wash shampoo and conditioner. Our room had a baby diaper odor It was a trash can under the sink and even after removing it Still linger threw the whole room Bad.. Worst 😒

Not very good fro the price. Old and in need.of upgrades. Half of the things didn't work In The room. The staff seemed agitated if you needed something. No coffee in room no phone in room it was just $40 cheaper than Embassy Suites next door. I checked. I have learned my lesson about staying at an extended stay hotel. I will never stay here again. Also there was trash in the hallways and noisy neighbors. I don't recommend this hotel. You will not.be happy at all. Pictures are decieving
