The hotel was weather beaten, furniture beat up like it came from a yard sale, the customer service at the counter was disgusting and unprofessional. I spent a lot time at the counter while the clerk talk with others and the most repulsive thing was 3 people behind the counter asked what did I need? I was trying check in early to take shower but each person repeatedly said to me to do you understand there is a $47 service charge to check in early. Unfortunately it was a terrible experience from beginning to end. Unexpected $100 deposit. Booked room not ready. Smokey rooms. Stopped up bathtub. Moved to another room only to fine out it hadn't been cleaned. Hair on sink and commode in the next room. Vending machine doesn't work. No trash can in room. Some lights in room don't work. Had to wake up desk clerk to check out.

Only liked that it is close to the airport. Did not like the room and the noise next door. Could not sleep.

Horrible place to stay From the lobby to the rooms the place was not clean at all! There was only one towel in the bathroom and one hand towel with no washcloths and both of the white towels were kind of a dingy brown color with stains! The countertop was left dirty was not wiped off! And at 7 AM the next morning the continental breakfast only had two muffins and seven granola bars for breakfast and no coffee and no one around to complain to..

They did not even have blankets on the bed.

The carpet was so dirty, we didn’t want to take our shoes off. There was a brown stain on our pillowcase. The furniture was insanely beat up. I’ve found better furniture on the street. The sheets didn’t fit the bed, and weren’t even tucked in to hide the mismatch. The ironing board was falling apart. I wasn’t expecting a fancy hotel. I was at least expecting all the outlets to work. Half did not. If you’re traveling with a companion, an absolute no-go. Even if your party is easy to please. No.
