I’d like to start with my only positive - the receptionist was kind and was trying her best as she was the only one working. However, our room was dirty, with garbage still left in it- there was hair clumps on the floor, the heating & cooling system was extremely noisey, our toilet ran the entire night, our white towels were stained and dirty. Outdated hotel; carpet dirty and stained, dining table leg broken and unsteady, guest hanging around outside at entrance to smoke, window hvac unit, entrance not secure after hours as able to walk right in at 2am with desk empty nor any security onsite as unsafe, no ice at hotel was advised to go next door to obtain at Holiday Inn. Very disappointed with my stay.

Absolutely disgusting, just felt super dirty. We were in a non smoking room and the whole hotel smelt like smoke. Our door didn’t lock and had to tie things to make it lock. Overall very gross probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I would not recommend staying here.

Night shift guy was pretty rude he definitely did not want to b there. It felt like I was making him do his job and it was a burden. Day shift woman when I called for a receipt was very nice and helpful.
