I was bit by bed bugs all over after 1 day of staying here due to a flight cancellation. Accommodations were not great and the rooms were generally dirty. There was hair, crumbs, and dust all over the bed, the trash can was broken, the door knob was broken, and the heater was very dusty. Overall expensive for the quality of the hotel. Would not recommend.

I walked through the hallway and there were pieces of trash all over the hallway. The room door wouldn't open (room 219) and when I told the front desk he just told me to lift the doorknob to open it. That is a maintenance issue that should be fixed before a guest is assigned that room. Also during the overnight stay, the walls are so thin I kept hearing voices from other rooms on the second level throughout the night and even at 4am. Should have stayed in my car If you’re ok staying at a place with a sticky floor, towels that have brown stains and some type of hair then this is the place for you. Oh and if you are ok with weird smell and no hot water this is the spot

This place is disgusting, and they are way overpriced for the hotel. I stayed just 1 night and they charged me to have my car parked there. I wasn't doing an extended parking, it was just overnight while I was actually there. They charged me a deposit which I did get back but I was worried that I wouldn't because of visual damages that were already there, so I took pictures of the stuff just incase.

The bathroom door handle fell off and room was missing a curtain among other things.

TERRIBLE . DO NOT STAY HERE Filthy Halls filled with marijuana weed No utensils in kitchen Someone was stabbed in lobby during my stay They charge a 'security deposit" when you get there Hotels.com needs to get this propertty off their platform
