No airport transfer even though it’s close to the airport. Just provide a shuttle, folks. Hotel has torn flooring, damaged door frames and furniture. The staff started yelling up and down the hallways starting at 8 am. Unacceptable. Hotel was loud all night long. The front desk guy wasn’t rude but he isn’t friendly or hospitable either. It was just okay for the money but I had no choice as it was the only place with open rooms. I was in a pet friendly room and it kinda smelled. I would not stay again given other choices.

Flight delayed so I arrived at 2am. The front desk is completely deserted. I yelled over and over but no one appeared. I finally left and walked to another hotel nearby. Will be requesting a complete refund.

DO NOT stay here! Unsafe environment. Outdated and unclean. Your better off staying at the airport.

Disgusting, uncomfortable room, said non-smoking but reeked of stale cigarette smoke. I only stayed because my flight was cancelled and it was the only place available. If you have any other option don’t stay here

All I needed was a bed for four hours and a shower before my flight. When I turned on the water in the morning, a shower and the bathroom sink were only boiling hot water. There was no way to get any cold water. I actually would like a refund for the room.

The room was not clean. I scratched the whole night, not sure if it was bugs but i didn't sleep at all. I generally had a bad experience starting with bad recep

Extremely Unsanitary Conditions – Left after 1 hr This was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. Our first room was filthy—food and other stains on the floor, heavy dirt buildup. We requested a new room and were moved to a room across the hall, which smelled strongly of smoke, had visible stains on the carpet, and, most concerning, had bugs in both beds. DO NOT STAY HERE Flight cancelled out of PHL late night. Chose the closest hotel to the airport to get to an early morning flight. I wish I hadn’t. The late night desk guy was nice enough to check us in at 1am but by the time you see the security cameras in the lobby and the bulletproof glass you know you’ve made a big mistake.
