The customer service is poor. The rooms could use updating and the bathroom could have been cleaner. The bed needed a comforter. I would choose to stay at their sister property around the corner over this one.

Staff was not present and did not accommodate or inform me either before or when I arrived that it was no rooms. When asked for a solution possibly they abruptly turned me down.

Never again Too many obvious damages, roaches greeted me within 10min of being in room, black mold in bathroom, dirty greasy overhead vent/filter, moldy breakfast muffins. TBH it has to be the demographics and the oh well attitude

I was bit by bed bugs all over after 1 day of staying here due to a flight cancellation. Accommodations were not great and the rooms were generally dirty. There was hair, crumbs, and dust all over the bed, the trash can was broken, the door knob was broken, and the heater was very dusty. Overall expensive for the quality of the hotel. Would not recommend.

I walked through the hallway and there were pieces of trash all over the hallway. The room door wouldn't open (room 219) and when I told the front desk he just told me to lift the doorknob to open it. That is a maintenance issue that should be fixed before a guest is assigned that room. Also during the overnight stay, the walls are so thin I kept hearing voices from other rooms on the second level throughout the night and even at 4am.
