It is very unfair for someone to pay for a room for the night to get some rest and my job was to kill roaches for most of the time. Unbelievable!!!

Bugs everywhere, roaches on the bed. Left same day. They refused to switch rooms, management refused refund. Do not book this place!

ROOM FILLED WITH BUGS BUGS literally scattered when I turned the lights on. LOTS of bugs. The floor was sticky and the cabinet was broken. Got stuck here because of a flight delay, and got a last minute hotel after midnight. GROSSEST stay ever, and I was in the military.

We were coming from a wedding and called to say we were gonna be late checking in. We were told if we weren’t there by a certain time they would cancel our reservation and we would be charged the full amount and not given the room even if we showed up after that time but before our check out time. Stay away from this place! The first room they gave us was in shambles. Seems like a smoker stayed in that room for YEARS. The shower had flys in it the light switches and outlets were stained everything had a film on it. When we complained they put us in another room. Still just as bad. Was a little bit cleaner. There were cockroaches. And for being a pet friendly place, wasn’t very cat friendly which is what we had with us. Poor room condition The hotel definitely not worth the price paid. Had to ask for basic amenities(iron and things for the in room kitchenette. There was some type of construction on my floor, the room door was hard to open and close. The shower curtain did not close properly on either side of the rod so the floor got wet.
