Gross, bad furniture, roaches, thugs everywhere, drug deals, disgusting. Will never go back. Hated it.

Yikes! I paid for a king bed room and got a full size bed (said it was queen but there’s no way) I got charged for the king anyways. The bathroom sink was clogged, the handle on the door was broken, all the drawers in the dresser were broken the freezer did not work, there was a bug in the bathroom. The sheets and bed cover were ripped I’ll add the pictures once I get back home

NEVER AGAIN! The place was filthy! There was dirt all over the hallway carpet. The shower curtain had dried blood on it. Half the lights in the room were broken, the metal of the bed frame was exposed and scraped one of us, there were bugs crawling on the sink in the kitchen, dirty towels, just disgusting!

There was a cockroach in the property

Old building with paper thin walls and NO amenities. Had a kitchenette with completely empty cabinets- not a glass or a dish or even a paper towel . Just one roach crawling under the counter. No extra blanket or pillow. There was coffee and packaged muffins available in the morning. I really resented paying $12.50 to park in their very dark lot for the night.

The property was being updated during my stay which I understand. Unfortunately they were working to the room right next to my room. It was loud, smelled strongly of marijuana, and there was it least two cockroaches in my room. One was behind my bed and one was in the kitchen area. The “breakfast” was nutrigrain bars and coffee. My Uber drivers suggested I not leave the hotel on a walk saying “I wouldn’t go out if I was you.”

I was disappointed about this hotel. I couldn’t sleep the whole night because of noise both from A/C in the room and the unruly occupants. Also, no staff was on duty the whole night to make report to. There was poor TV service in the room without remote. We also informed online while booking that there is breakfast. We found out it was coffee. The one that broke the camel’s back was parking lot has to be paid for and we had to pay $100 security deposit. This the worst hotel I have ever lodged. Rebuild this property The facility was the most down in the heels ESA I have encountered. It took several minutes for the front desk clerk to come out and check me in. The room although clean enough was generally decrepit - stained furniture, cracked sink in bathroom, interior of refrigerator door missing parts...
