They have a bug problem stuff are very disrespectful when you tell them your complaint they don't accommodate or try to understand you they talk very disrespectful towards customers calling them names swearing cussing them out build should have all new STAFF AND SUPERVISORS AS WELL AS A MANAGER‼️I wouldn't book here AGAIN NOR TELL ANYONE TO GO THERE WAIST OF MONEY AND PEOPLE THAT WORK HARD HARD EARNED MONEY THAT THESE DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES DON'T deserve at all‼️

Don’t waste your money at this place Room was horrible. Broken lamps rusted stove missing dresser drawers and fridge that barely keep anything cold.

Place is filthy. Didn't have hot water til the morning.

Refrigerator did not work. Bed lamp did not work. No service for cleaning for 4 days. Power outage last day with cold water for shower, elevator not working. No Gym.

it was a dump I need to get the credit for one night as we didn't stay but that is on the other charge. they didn't have a lock on the hotel door as a minimum so the door was open. weed smell was everywhere and no breakfast or pool. place was a dump! i plugged in cord for phone and the outlite created a spark. the look was a dump and not like the picture advertised

Entire hotel smells like cat pee, various fluid stains on walls and furniture, poor enough vacuuming standards I found (a pack of matches, two coins, 3 unknown pills and a dead bug), behind the microwave was a sticky trap that had dead cockroaches, two light bulbs were burnt out in the room, parents who don't control their kids for about 30 mins just let their kid run back and fourth down the hallway.
