We waited almost 20 minutes to check in due to short staffing. Once we got our rooms, the bathroom was dirty, the fridge was dirty, the tv barely worked, we had our smoke detector ripped out, and there were roaches sporadically crawling the floor and bathroom.

I would not stay here, ever. In fact I checked in and checked out the same night. It is in an unsafe area, it was dirty and unkept. The staff was not nice and complained about other guests. Once I left, the driver that picked me up told me it was the worst hotel in the area and that I should of never booked a room. I regret even considering it.

The washbasin was clogged during my stay, on complain staff say you have to appear in person after 11:00 and before 2:00 pm, I cant because during this time I was on job and problem remain persist

This property was terrible. I was awaken by a bedbug crawling on my leg! I immediately requested and received a different room. The new room had roaches! I was extremely disappointed!

I’m not a princess at all. But when I actually got into my room after the 3rd key programming attempt, it was insane. Holes in the wall chewing gum stuck on the walls. Light in the bathroom didn’t even turn on. Stains all over everything. Everything was bubbling, peeling, or molding. I looked at the room, went back to the lobby, told the clerk I couldn’t stay there.
