Short stay When we got to our room there was a bag of laundry outside our door in the dim hallway. Phone was disconnected and did not work. TV was plugged in but had no working connection. Room cleanliness was questionable with some brown spattering on the paper covering the spare rolls of toilet paper. Walls are paper thin. The room next door had a radio alarm go off at ~3:00AM and it was blaring until 3:40AM with nobody to turn it off. It is very unfair for someone to pay for a room for the night to get some rest and my job was to kill roaches for most of the time. Unbelievable!!!

Bugs everywhere, roaches on the bed. Left same day. They refused to switch rooms, management refused refund. Do not book this place!

ROOM FILLED WITH BUGS BUGS literally scattered when I turned the lights on. LOTS of bugs. The floor was sticky and the cabinet was broken. Got stuck here because of a flight delay, and got a last minute hotel after midnight. GROSSEST stay ever, and I was in the military.

We were coming from a wedding and called to say we were gonna be late checking in. We were told if we weren’t there by a certain time they would cancel our reservation and we would be charged the full amount and not given the room even if we showed up after that time but before our check out time.
